Earlier today, our pals at TMZ reported that a judge gave The Hoff full custody of his two kids because their mother, Pamela Bach, is an abusive parent with a possible drug problem.
Now, Access Hollywood is claiming that all is not as it seems and that report may not be accurate.
A source close to the case confirmed to Access Hollywood that David will have custody of his two children today, Tuesday and Thursday. His ex-wife Pamela Bach will have the girls on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
An Internet report earlier today suggested the results of the hearing granted Hasselhoff temporary custody of his two children for the next two weeks. A source close to Bach (unrelated to the aforementioned source), however, told Access Hollywood that is not the case. “[That report is] an absolute fabrication,” this source said.
Despite the attorney silences, Access has also learned that to continue the custody arrangement put in place this week, David is required to take three blood tests and three breathalyzer tests this week. If he passes these tests, the schedule will remain the same.
Bach is not required to take any tests.
Do the kids have grandparents?
They should be living with THEM!
