Look out, New York: Manhattan is getting a new resident.
Lovely Cameron Diaz was in town Sunday, shopping for a home in West Chelsea. Sources tell us she is eying a one-bedroom apartment in a two-year-old mid-rise building that is also home to New York Ranger Sean Avery.
Diaz has been quite busy lately: Besides apartment hunting, she’s been frolicking in the Bahamas with rumored new boyfriend Scott Speedman, probably best known for his role in Felicity.
Please, Cam. You’ve already tainted Justin Timberlake. Please don’t ruin Felicity for us.
