Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes became BFFs when Beckham first moved to Los Angeles. There have been recent reports that the duo had called the friendship quits and that Holmes and Beckham were very busy these days hurling insults at each other. The rumours were sparked even more when stories came out that Holmes’ marriage to Tom Cruise was on the rocks. These reports suggested that he no longer wanted his wife hanging out with the former Spice Girl. Now, it seems as though all of the rumours are unfounded. “Victoria Beckham has denied that she has fallen out with actress Katie Holmes.
Tom Cruise’s wife missed Beckham’s 34th birthday celebrations last week, while US reports claimed the pair ignored each other when they were eating in the same restaurant recently.
However, a spokesperson for the Spice Girl insisted there was no rift and revealed that Beckham and Holmes had eaten out together with their partners on Friday.
They said: “They all had a drink together, and Tom and Katie and David and Victoria were all out for dinner together last Friday.”
I hope for Katie’s sake that these two are still hanging out on the Hills together. It sounds like Katie could use a friend these days.
