The emergency Brit/KFed custody hearing is over and we won't know the official decision from The Commish until Monday. UGH! I'm sure shit will get leaked though. KFed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said, "There are no winners here."
He also said he wasn't happy about the events that went down. Mark V and Brit's lawyer met this morning this afternoon. The court will release the decision to the public by end of day on Monday.
This is my guess. Monitored visitations in a padded cell. No, but I'm sure she got some sort of monitored visit once a week in a neutral place.
Scratch all that! We don't have to wait until Monday! The Commish just issued the order. Brit's vistitation rights have been suspended. The order is in effect until January 14th. After that there will be a hearing on what to do next. KFed has sole custody.
All this damn drama has got me thirsty for some vodka. I need a fucking drink. I'll even drink rubbing alcohol if I have to.
