The "secret witness" Gloria Allred brought to Britney and KFed's custody hearing today testified about Brit's drug use and nudity after rehab. Tony Barretto was hired to be her bodyguard when she got out of rehab and was fired in May, because he didn't hear her when she told him to pick up her hat.
Tony said he came forward, because being a father himself he became extremely concerned for the safety of SPF and JJ.
Neither Brit's or KFed's lawyers chose to cross-examine him. His declaration went "unrefuted and unchallenged."
DUH! Where the hell is the new information. We know about the drugs, nudity, abuse….all of that! I wanted new shit! We know she walked around nude! I wanted him to tell the court that Brit hired him to kill KFed or something. Damn!
Gloria Allred was just jealous that other lawyers were getting all the attention.
By the way I can totally picture her firing that oaf for not picking up her hat. She should've kept him around though. He would seriously make her look skinny.
