Nicole Richie has decided she doesn't want to spend time in the slammer. TMZ reports that her lawyer said they will fight her charge. A trial has been set for July 11.
This is her second DUI. If she's convicted then she faces as little as 5 days up to a year in prison.
Didn't she just say she was ready to face the consequences and take responsibility for what she did? LIAR!! The bitch should get a year! Driving the wrong way on the freeway is way worse than what Paris did. Bitch shouldn't have any worries, if she does go to jail her boney ass could easily fit through the bars and escape.
